This weather system will bring scattered rains and thunderstorms over Quezon, Bicol Region, Central and Eastern Visayas, and Mindanao. Isolated rain showers or thunderstorms will be experienced over Metro Manila and the rest of the country still caused by Easterlies. Meanwhile, expect a partly cloudy skies over Batanes and Babuyan Group of Islands due to Ridge of High Pressure Area.
