Trough of a Low Pressure Area affecting Mindanao will bring cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms. This weather disturbance is expected to develop into a tropical cyclone witin 24-36 hours. It may enter PAR on weekend and will be named #ChedengPH. Light rains is expected over Batanes and Babuyan Group of Islands. Tail-end of a Cold Front affecting Northern Luzon will bring cloudy skies with isolated rain showers over Cordillera Administrative Region, the rest of Cagayan Valley Region and Aurora. The rest of Mindanao, and Central Luzon will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers. Meanwhile, Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy skies.
