Tail-End of a Cold Front affecting Northern and Central Luzon. It will bring cloudy skies with light rains over Cordillera Administrative Region, Cagayan Valley and Aurora. While the rest of the Central Luzon and Quezon will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains. Meanwhile, due to localized thunderstorms partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms will prevail over Mindanao. And Metro Manila and the rest of the country expect partly cloudy skies with low chance of rains today.
