Due to the presence of Northeasterly Surface Windflow, expect a partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains over Eastern Visayas. While in Metro Manila and the rest of the country, expect a partly cloudy to cloudy skies caused by Northeasterly Surface Windflow and Easterlies.
