Northeasterly Surface Windflow affecting Luzon and Visayas which brings partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains over Bicol Region, Eastern Visayas and the provinces of Aurora and Quezon. In Mindanao, expect partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers caused by Localized Thunderstorms. Meanwhile, in Metro Manila and the rest of the country partly cloudy skies with less chances of rain.
