Northeasterly Surface Windflow affecting Central and Southern Luzon and Visayas which brings partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains over Bicol Region, Provinces of Cagayan, Isabela, Aurora and Quezon. In Eastern Visayas and Mindanao, expect a partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers caused by Localized Thunderstorms. Meanwhile, in Metro Manila and the rest of the country partly cloudy skies caused by Northeasterly Surface Windflow will be experienced.
