At 3:00 a.m., the Typhoon “Wutip” (Outside PAR was located at 1,985 km East of Central Luzon. PAGASA says, it is expected to enter Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) tomorrow but will not make landfall. Meanwhile, Northeast Monsoon affecting the whole country and brings cloudy skies with light rains over Batanes and Babuyan Group of Islands. The rest of Cagayan Region and the provinces of Aurora, expect a partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains. In Metro Manila and the rest of the country, partly cloudy skies will be expected.
