A strong Northeast Monsoon still affects the whole country. Caraga, Bicol Region, Eastern & Central Visayas, and the provinces of Iloilo, Romblon and Oriental Mindoro can expect cloudy skies with light rains. Partly cloudy skies with isolated light rains prevail in Metro Manila and the rest of the country.
