Northeast Monsoon affecting Northern Luzon which will bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers over Visayas and Mindanao. In Cordillera Administrative Region, Bicol Region, Cagayan, Isabela, Aurora and Quezon, partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains caused by Northeast Monsoon. Meanwhile in Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon, partly cloudy to cloudy skies will be experienced.
