Northeast Monsoon affecting Luzon. Expect cloudy skies with light rains over Cagayan Valley Region, Bicol Region, MIMAROPA, and the provinces of Aurora and Quezon. While partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers will prevail over Visayas and Mindanao. Meanwhile, Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains.
