LPA Low Chance to enter PAR, Fair Weather in most part of the country

The Trough of Low Pressure Area affecting Mindanao which will bring cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and Thunderstorm. Meanwhile, Northeast Monsoon affecting Luzon and Visayas. This Weather System will bring cloudy skies with light to moderate rains over Bicol Region and Eastern Visayas. In Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon and of Visayas, expect a fair weather condition with only partly cloudy to cloudy skies and isolated light rains caused by Northeast Monsoon.


Due to the surge of Northeast Monsoon, expect a rough up to very rough sea condition. Gale warning is raised over the Eastern seaboards of Southern Luzon, Visayas, and also over the Eastern seaboard of Mindanao. Fishing boats and other small sea-craft are advised not to venture out into the sea while larger sea vessels are alerted against big waves.


Aside from the Low Pressure Area, another weather disturbance is being monitored outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR).
