As of 5:00 a.m., Tropical Depression #UsmanPH is about to make landfall over Eastern Samar. It has maximum sustained winds of 55 kph and gustiness of 65 kph. It will bring rains with gusty winds over Bicol Region, Eastern and Western Visayas MIMAROPA, Northern Cebu, Southern Quezon, Dinagat Island. While cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms will prevail in Surigao provinces and the rest of Visayas. Metro Manila, Ilocos Region, Cagayan Valley and Cordillera Administrative Region, Central Luzon, the rest of CALABARZON can expect cloudy skies with light to moderate to heavy rains. The rest of Mindanao will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers will be experienced due to localized thunderstorms.
