Weather Today – November 28, 2018 #TOMASPH

Unfavourable conditions caused the weakening of Tropical Depression #TomasPH into a Low Pressure Area (LPA). At 4:00 a.m., it was located at 1,060 km east of Basco, Batanes. PAGASA Weather Forecaster Ezra Bulquerin says that it may also dissipate anytime. 

Meanwhile, the Northeast Monsoon, locally known as “Amihan” is affecting Northern and Central Luzon. Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, Cagayan Valley, and Central Luzon can expect partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains. Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers prevail in Metro Manila and the rest of the country.

Due to the surge of the Northeast Monsoon, sea travel remains risky in the northern seaboards of Northern Luzon due to rough to very rough seas.
