The Northeasterly Surface Windflow continues to affect Northern Luzon, bringing partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains in Batanes and the Babuyan Group of Islands. Meanwhile, Easterlies or warm and humid air from the Pacific. affects the eastern section of Southern Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao. Because heat and moisture are factors in cloud formation, cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms prevail in Eastern and Central Visayas including Caraga. Metro Manila and the rest of the country will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers.

According to PAGASA Weather Forecaster Loriedin Dela Cruz, there are no weather disturbances being monitored within the next two to four days. But we can expect the Northeast Monsoon, locally known as “Amihan”, to intensify next week, bringing light rains and cooler weather.
