At 3:00 a.m., the eye of typhoon #PaengPH was last spotted 680 km Northeast of Basco, Batanes. It has maximum sustained winds of 160 kph near the center, gustiness of up to 195 kph and is moving North Northwest at 15 kph. According to PAGASA Weather Forecaster Gener Quitlong, the typhoon #PaengPH is expected to exit the Philippine Area of Responsibility today at around 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. Meanwhile, the Tropical Depression outside PAR was last spotted at 2,245 km East of Visayas and is expected to enter PAR on Tuesday (October 2).
