Weather Today – March 3, 2018

Easterlies or warm and humid winds coming from the Pacific Ocean will continue to affect the eastern section of the country. Because heat and moisture are factors in cloud formation, these are expected to bring isolated rain showers.

In the next hours, Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms, mostly in the afternoon or evening.

No gale warning was issued today. But in an interview with Panahon TV, PAGASA Weather Forecaster Shiela Reyes said that the Northeast Monsoon or Hanging Amihan is expected to be ineaffect again next week.

No weather disturbance or Tropical Cyclone is expected to enter the Philippine premises in the next 2 to 3 days, but the public is still advised to keep monitoring updates from the weather bureau.
