Moderate to heavy rains with lightning and strong winds due to thunderstorms are affecting portion of #NegrosOriental (Pamplona, Ayungon, Bayawan City, Santa Catalina), #Leyte (Alang-alang, Barugo, Mayorga) and its nearby areas which may persist within 2 hours.

All are advised to take precautionary measures against the impacts associated with these hazards which include flash floods and landslides. Keep monitoring for updates.
