Moderate to heavy rains with lightning and strong winds due to thunderstorms are being experience over #CamarinesNorte, #CamarinesSur, #Catanduanes, #Albay, #Sorsogon, #Masbate, #NorthernSamar, #OrientalMindoro, #Romblon, #Marinduque, and nearby areas which may persist within 3 hours.

All are advised to take precautionary measures against the impacts associated with these hazards which include flash floods and landslides. Keep monitoring for updates.
