Heavy rains with lightning and strong winds due to thunderstorms are being experienced over portions of #Basilan; #Sulu; #Tawitawi; #ZamboangaCity; #ZamboangadelNorte; #ZamboangadelSur; #ZamboangaSibugay; #LanaodelSur (Picong, Malabang, Balabagan, Kapatagan); #CotabatoCity; #Maguindanao (Parang) and may affect nearby areas which persist for 1 to 2 hours.

All are advised to take precautionary measures against the impacts associated with these hazards which include flashfloods and landslides. Keep monitoring for updates.
