Associated Hazard: FLOODING in flood-prone areas
Meanwhile, expect light to moderate rains over Nueva Ecija, Pampanga, Bulacan, Quezon, Tarlac within the next 2-3 hours.
Light to moderate with occasional heavy rains affecting Metro Manila, Cavite, Rizal, Bataan, Laguna, Batangas which may persist within 2-3 hours and may affect nearby areas.
