Tail-End of a Cold Front affecting Northern Luzon which will bring cloudy skies with light rains over Cordillera Administrative Region and Cagayan Valley. This weather system will also bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains over Ilocos Region. Meanwhile, Easterlies affecting the rest of the country which will bring cloudy skies with rains and thunderstorms over Caraga. While in Metro Manila and the rest of the country, partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms.
