Typhoon “Wutip” was last spotted 1,815 km East of Southern Luzon. (Outside Par) and is expected to enter the PAR by Wednesday. Meanwhile, Northeast Monsoon affecting the whole country. It will bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains over Bicol Region and the provinces of Aurora and Quezon. While Metro Manila and the rest of the country will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies.
