The Tropical Depression “JENNY” was spotted at 525 km East of Daet, Camarines Norte with maximum sustained winds of 55 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 70 kph. It is moving West at 25 kph. Southwest Monsoon affecting western sections of Southern Luzon and Visayas. Metro Manila, Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, Cagayan Valley, Central Luzon, CALABARZON, Camarines provinces and Catanduanes will experience Rains with gusty winds. Cloud skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms is expected over Zamboanga Peninsula, BARMM, Northern Mindanao, Caraga, Visayas and the rest of Luzon. Meanwhile, The rest of Mindanao will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers.
