#FalconPH was last spotted at 710 km East of Tuguegarao City, Cagayan. It has maximum sustained winds of 55 kph, gustiness of up to 65 kph and it is moving West at 30 kph. Isabela, Cagayan and Batanes will have rains with gusty winds caused by #FalconPH. MIMAROPA, Western Visayas, Masbate, Albay, Catanduanes, Sorsogon and Northern Samar will experience Monsoon rains . Meanwhile, Metro Manila and the rest of the country will expect cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms caused by Tropical Depression and Southwest Monsoon.
